1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, products, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our offerings.

2. Scope of Services

Neonotiontech provides IT, development, design, and marketing services. Details and deliverables of each service are outlined in individual contracts or proposals agreed upon with the client.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and clear project briefs.
  • Pay all invoices on time as per agreed terms.
  • Comply with applicable laws and refrain from harmful or illegal use of our services.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within 7–14 days (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Late payments may result in delayed work or account suspension.
  • All quotes are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. Neonotiontech retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

6. Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the proposal. Any work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neonotiontech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Changes to Terms

Neonotiontech may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
